Final-year project: a smart waiting list for the Solidarithèque that increases students' chances of getting a food parcel.
The problem
Missed appointments led to an unbalanced distribution of parcels and undistributed surplus.
The solution
Waiting-list registration, personalised notifications, availability confirmation, real-time tracking and a secured admin interface.
The result
Fairer distribution and less waste, with a simple tool for the association.
